please tell a full story]
when did the PC last work okay
what works now, good and bad and ugly.
BIOS
Windows logins ok.
windows desktop ok. nothing missing there you created or otherwise?>
windows apps are run ok
internet ok (edge work?) or chrome or firefox v79 (best)
if only one thing fails be clear on the one thing and say all else works.
my wild guess
PC screen not dead, PC not really dead.
Windows dead.
run HP diagnostics search here or at HP.com do that next ,hadrware is first. battery bad or HDD bad, kills it.
NO warranty answers by me.
