Product: hp slim 290-a0020 dt pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My hp slimline won't recover after windows update. Only used it for a month. Maybe need recovery disk. Can't even connect with hp for help. I bought it in 2018 didn't use until 12 2919 when I needed windows 10. Worked great until the windows update.

Hi:

 

Your PC's model series appears to be supported by the HP Cloud recovery tool.

 

You can use this tool to create a bootable recovery drive which will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
