Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometimes suddenly my keypad stop working. this includes no lightning in keyboard. I have to restart my PC but sometimes the problem does not resolves so, i have to keep it shut down foe 10 mints and then turn it on again.

Does your keyboard have a USB connector? If so, unplug it, and then reconnect it, maybe to a different USB socket on your computer, to see if Windows will detect it.
