Hold down the ON/OFF button, until the computer turns off.

Then, turn it on, and if it asks to "resume", click "no", to boot Windows.

I do not understand.

What is your symptoms of "not working" ?

You do not need the keyboard to press the ON/OFF button.

Does your keyboard work if you connect it to a different computer?  (EDIT: not possible with a "laptop" keyboard.)

Does a different keyboard, with USB interface, work with your computer?

Ever since my laptop has been stuck on "windows resume loader" certain keys on my keyboard stopped working, like the "enter key" & some of the other command keys. So when I try to use them nothing happens & I can't access the programs to try & fix this problem because the main key I need is not working 😞

On your laptop, remove the battery.

Disconnect the AC power.

Your computer will turn off. :generic:

Press-and-hold the ON/OFF button for 15 seconds, to "drain" any residual electrical power.

Connect a keyboard to a USB port on the computer.

Reconnect the AC power.

Turn the computer on, and see if the keys on the USB keyboard work.

Tell us how it goes.
