Product: HP Stream 14-cb161wm Laptop PC

I forgot my log in info and was messing around in the security and thought is I clear my stuff in bios that it would help so I reset it to factory settings so I thought then it said my laptop was disabled and now when I turn it on it says I need to download an operating system on my hard drive disk idk what to do or how to do it
