Product: HP EliteBook 830 G7 Notebook PC (8PV75AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When my laptop is being turned on after 1 min the screen will be stuck it will not respond to any option on the keyboard and the cursor also will be stuck I can't even access to the troubleshoot . The power button only will be working i will be only able to turn off the system by pressing the power button for a while
