Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-1000i (8BG41AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So hi. I have a problem so my pc crash every time i open it for example ( i want to watch something on YouTube but then my pc crash) i’ve already controlled if the problem was the cpu or the memory or the gpu but they are not the problem. Someone can help me to find out what’s the problem?

if you are no longer under warranty
since I have indicated everything that is possible remotely, that you are doing tests, without hardware errors found
That a factory recovery gives the same result (if you only did that)
so find a computer professional, he can try it directly

Hi

what type of control did you do, how , with what?

there is no overheating?

" pc crash"

what is happening exactly?

computer, bought new, still under warranty?

any changes made, upgrades, updates etc?

Idk what kind of controls are you saying 😅 I’m sorry. So there’s no overheating the only update i did were the the windows 11 update and the driver i think. No the computer is not under warranty and i bought it last year and there’s no upgrade or any changes made. Thank you for replying 🙏🏽

The model of the pc is a HP Pavilion desktop TP01. What do you mean is not original under windows 11?

is it the first of the list here, or another?
check the product number, and configuration you have..
for windows so if the first one is mentioned

did you have windows 10 of origin, because in this case, it is not a simple update "
you didn't tell me what exactly happens when you say "crash"

It’s the first one. When I bought there was already windows 10, so i think yes. when it crashes the screen freezes and sometimes the blue screen comes out telling me that there was a problem that’s it
