Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My computer suddenly turned off saying it had encountered an error. So I let it restart itself and it's been restarting ever since. I tried resetting, restoring, restarting I uninstalled the latest updates. Ect assistance is greatly appreciated.

@Lulu26

This is not good news ...

While Microsoft has stopped support for Win7 PCs, they did admit recently that there was a new shutdown issue with such PCs and they have put out an update patch to fix that.  But you have to be able to run Windows Update to apply that patch.

When your PC restarts, how far does it get before it turns off, in other words, what do you see on the screen?
