Hi @Z6713,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I can provide you with some general troubleshooting steps for HP PCs if it's not turning on:

Check Power Supply: Ensure that the power cable is firmly connected to both the PC and the power outlet. If using a power strip, make sure it is turned on.

Inspect Power Button: Press the power button and see if there are any signs of life. Check for any LED lights or sound from the fans or hard drive.

Reseat Components: Turn off the power supply, unplug the PC, and then open the case. Carefully reseat components such as RAM, graphics cards, and cables to ensure they are securely connected.

Remove External Devices: Disconnect all external devices except the monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and try to start the PC again.

Test with Another Power Outlet or Cable: Try plugging the PC into a different power outlet or using another power cable if available.

Reset the Power: Disconnect the power cord and press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds. Then, reconnect the power cord and try turning on the PC.

Check for Error Messages or Beeps: If you hear beeping, note the pattern as it can indicate a specific hardware issue.

Use Recovery Options: If the PC shows signs of power but does not boot into the operating system, you may need to try booting into safe mode or using system recovery options.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
