Hold power button down for 30 seconds and see if that fixes it.  Try twice.  For the second attempt unplug power, hold down button for 10 seconds then plug in and try again.

If the keyboard or mouse lights do not flash or none of the fans spin borrow a another power supply.  This board was made by Asus for HP and has standard connectors.  If it powers up but beeps and then shut down pull all ram sticks out and put in one at a time and try again.  Be sure to touch the metal case with finger before touching the ram AND verify the power cord has been removed AND do the 10 second power button push after unplugging.

If nothing above worked then look for stains on motherboard, leaking capacitors, etc. Example of what to look for are here

they can easily be replaced by watching a video.  Post back here if you find any as I have some shortcuts that do not involve a soldering station.
