The 'FW' could be an abbreviation for "firmware" -- the software that directly controls the hardware, to turn the hardware (RAM, disk-drive, CD/DVD, CPU, video-card) from a collection of parts into a computer that allows Windows to run.

 

The 'error recovery' could mean that the "primary" firmware has a problem, and a "backup" copy of the firmware has been used.

 

What is the model-number of your computer?

You cited:  MOF92)C#ACJ

but the ')' character is not valid in this context.

 

After the error-message, does the computer "freeze", or does it still load Windows?
