HP 285 Pro G1 Microtower PC

My pc stuck on boot menu if I tried to exit it shows no boot disk has been detected or disk has been failed someone help 😭🙏

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

This sounds like your system drive has failed or the Windows boot loader is corrupted.

 

Check your PC's hardware to confirm a drive problem or a memory problem using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run system and component tests. Run extensive tests.

 

You may have to replace the system drive and redo Windows if the drive has failed. You might be able to recover data on the failing drive by connecting this drive to a different PC as a data drive.

 

Let the Forum know how it goes.

 

A corrupted boot loader can be a PITA to fix.
