I tested the computer under quick test and it says this is my error code RXR17K-7GRA3R-XD7V6K-60QT03 description:Harddrive 1

Upon checking I see that the error code indicates hard drive failure. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
