my touch screen does not work and went I download the driver it says (it for iletek only .went I look in human interface there's no hid complainant touch screen .it is missing I have done everything but nothing 

please need help thanks

I understand you're experiencing issues with the touchscreen functionality on your HP All-In-One PC. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

1. Check Device Manager

First, let's make sure the touch screen device is recognized by Windows:

Open Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager from the menu.
  • Alternatively, you can press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager from the list.

Look for Human Interface Devices:

  • Expand the section called Human Interface Devices.
  • Look for any entry related to HID-compliant touch screen. If you don't see it, there might be an issue with the driver or the hardware itself.

2. Enable the Touchscreen (if disabled)

If the touch screen device appears but is disabled, you can enable it:

  1. Right-click on the HID-compliant touch screen (if available).
  2. Select Enable device.

3. Update or Reinstall Drivers

Since you mentioned downloading a driver specific to 'iletek', it's important to ensure you have the correct driver for your device:

Visit the HP support website for your specific model: HP All-in-One - 24-G020 Touch Screen PC.

Download and install the latest touch screen driver provided by HP for Windows 10 64-bit. Make sure it matches your specific model.

4. Perform a System Restart

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve driver or software conflicts:

  1. Restart your computer after installing the driver to see if the touch screen starts working.

5. Check for Windows Updates

Ensure your Windows 10 operating system is up to date:

  1. Open Settings (Windows Key + I).
  2. Go to Update & Security > Windows Update.
  3. Click Check for updates and install any available updates.

6. Perform a Hardware Check HP PCs - Testing for hardware failures
