Greetings @SAKSHUKLA

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Please provide a specific product number.

A product number is needed to check for a HP provided network adapter driver download.

Have you tried a different ethernet cable? Try a different port on your network router.

Check Device Manager located in Control Panel.

Check for any unknown devices in Device Manager. Then check "Network adapters" for any problem devices.

You may have a hardware problem if there are no unknown devices and you don't see a network controller in Network adapters. A hardware problem may require adding a PCIe network card if your MB has an open PCIe slot.

The PC would need a network driver if you see a network adapter problem in Network adapters or you see an unknown device in Device Manager.

Regards
