the warranty reads: Connect with agents 24 hours a day/7 days a week for technical issues HOWEVER THERE IS NO AVAILABLE HELP!!!!!!

You're interpreting the phrase "connect with agents" to mean telephone or live chat.

 

HP interprets the phrase to mean you can go online, fill out a support ticket, and agents will then contact you.
