Hi guys,
I have been using Norton 360 and checking "run smart scan" and getting message saying Windows junk file and also internet junk files...I think I try HP systeam to details for you but still coming up same message...does anyone knows how to delete it via files or any where I can do it instead?
Many thanks

Hi
sorry i do not understand what you mean and do?
"I think I try HP systeam to details for you but still coming up same message. "
Try what exactly ?
"does anyone knows how to delete it via files or any where I can do it instead?"
Are you talking about what is stated in the Norton report?
So either you have an option, and you must have a place, to validate and delete what is indicated.
Either this is useless because it is not a complete version, and you do not have the possibility to do it with norton ..
in which case are you exactly?
If, you can't go any further with Norton, then let it go, it's nothing serious
You can use windows disk cleanup, it is usually sufficient
from what I see here you have to click on the resolve button
https://community.norton.com/en/forums/junk-files-found
if you stop a startup program you may lose some functionality, see what that is before
find and read the doc, by norton, carefully before doing anything
was this reply helpful , or just say thank you ? Click on the yes button

@christopher2014 -- in the input-area at the bottom-left of your Windows desktop, type CLEAN but do not press ENTER. At the top of the list that is produced, do you see "Disk Cleanup"? If so, click on it, to delete those unnecessary files.
