I need a new BIOS update for my Omen 25L gaming PC to play call of duty and a few other games. The most recent update for my BIOS does not change the manufacturer version to what is needed to play these games. I have also seen that some people have received the update while others haven't. If an employee could guide me in receiving the update it would be great @Animatryx

Go here and enter your serial number or product ID and bring up software support for window 10 or 11.
Look for bios update. If not in windows 11 then look in 10.
Occassionally , the HP support assistant has access to newer bios release that have not been added to the product's Web page.
Get the latest HP support assistant and see what it recommends.
Make sure that secure boot and TMP 2 are enabled in the bios.
