With this version of Windows 11, 25H2, the keyboard stops working when I sign out or when I change users.

The keyboard starts working again when I restart the computer.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

A USB keyboard/mouse bug was introduced by W11 25H2 update KB5066835. However, the bug was affecting USB function when entering the Windows Recovery Environment.

 

So I don't know if your PC's USB problem is related.

 

But check this Site for a newer Windows update (KB5070773) which should fix the USB problem if your PC's USB problem is caused by KB5066835.

 

You can manually check Windows Update for KB5070773 or the above site has a download link for KB5070773.
