Hi HP Community,

 

I'm facing a significant issue with my HP 200 G4 22 All-in-One PC (Product Number: 6D416EA#BH5). Here are the details:

 

Processor: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i3-1215U

Total Memory: 8 GB

BIOS Revision: F.21

I forgot the password to my desktop and attempted to recover it. However, when trying to reset the password, the system asked for removable media, which I don't have. I tried accessing the recovery environment, but now I’m receiving the following error message:

 

"Your PC needs to be repaired. The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system."

 

I’ve attempted various troubleshooting steps, including accessing the system recovery options using F11, but I can’t seem to fix the issue. The desktop isn't recognizing the boot configuration data, and I cannot proceed with any recovery steps.

 

Is there any way to restore my system and regain access without losing my data? If possible, could you guide me on how to resolve this BCD issue or suggest another rec
