Product: Pavilion Slimline s3500f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Hey guys I need your help, Im trying to fix up a old desktop computer for a family in Houston that lost everything from the Hurrican. Its a HP Pavilion Slimline s3500f Desktop PC, It boots up but then goes to 22290944_10212074578197566_1764090238_o.jpg

 

I have tried the F11 key repeateally but that didnt work. I downloaded a Free Vista Recovery ISO file and burnt it to a cd, The computer said it wasnt a windows install file. HP doesnt offer a recover disk for this computer. I dont want to put a lot of money in the computer so im open for ideas to get it up and running. The dignostics shows everything to be running. I just need the recovery disk.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to order a set of Vista recovery disks from this non-HP vendor...

A Friend brought me his Vista disc. It fixed the problem and is working perfect, the Computer was delivered yesterday to a very happy family.
