Hi @mellaby,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I’m sorry you’re going through this; I understand the concern and don’t worry I’ll help you with this.

You can get the PCI driver for your HP 23‑r010 All‑in‑One directly from HP’s official support page. It’s included in the chipset/Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) package rather than as a standalone “PCI driver.

Also if your still the problem, Kindly follow the below steps :

  1. Download the chipset/Intel drivers:
    • Look for Intel Chipset Installation Utility or Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST).
    • These packages contain the missing PCI drivers.
  2. Install manually if needed:
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Right‑click the device showing the PCI error → Update driver.
    • Choose Browse my computer for drivers and point it to the folder where you extracted the HP driver package.
  3. Run HP Support Assistant:
    • Install HP Support Assistant from HP’s site.
    • It can automatically detect missing drivers and install them.
  4. Check Windows Update (Optional updates):
  • Go to Settings → Windows Update → Advanced options → Optional updates.
  • Sometimes Intel/HP drivers are listed there and can be installed directly.

I hope this helps.
