I need to reinstall Windows 10 via a USB drive. My BIOS has never been updated and doesn’t support UEFI. I am trying to find a BIOS update for my PC to give UEFI capability to finish installing Windows on this PC, but the support page doesn’t list my product and I cannot seem to find any updates anywhere for it.

Hi:
HP retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old.
That is why you can't find any information on it.
There is no BIOS update that will add UEFI support to your PC.
I have installed W10 on PC's with similar hardware as yours with no problem.
They did not have UEFI BIOS's either.
FWIW, you can download a BIOS update from this reputable 3rd party website, but it will not add UEFI support to your PC.

If you have W7 installed on your PC have you tried an in place upgrade from W7 to W10 by opening the USB flash drive in Windows explorer and double clicking to run the setup.exe file?
