If your PC has an add on graphics card, the onboard Intel graphics adapter is automatically disabled, and you can't enable it.
If you were running Windows in Legacy mode, you can't enable secure boot, or the PC won't boot up.
Below are the info and exe file links to the latest BIOS update I could find for your PC having a motherboard SSID of 2B2C (A0.17)
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87681.html
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87681.exe
The problem is you cannot make a BIOS recovery drive with this file, so I believe your PC is irreparable if it is a BIOS issue.

You're very welcome.
Windows can be installed in two ways...UEFI and Legacy.
When Windows is installed in Legacy mode, it uses the MBR partition table.
When Windows is installed in UEFI mode, it uses the GPT partition table.
So, if the BIOS was set to run in UEFI mode with secure boot enabled (which is the only way secure boot can be enabled) and you disable secure boot/enable legacy mode in the BIOS the PC can't boot up because a Windows installation with the GPT partition table can't boot and when Windows is installed in Legacy mode and you try to enable secure boot, the PC can't boot.
The thing is, if the PC's BIOS had legacy mode enabled, secure boot setting should have been grayed out.
My assumption is if you were able to turn on the secure boot setting the PC was running in UEFI mode so unfortunately, I have no idea why the PC just quit working.
What I recommend you try if you have not done so already would be to remove the graphics card, connect the monitor to the onboard video out port, and see if you can turn on the PC and get a display out of it.
