Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

It is recommended to flash the BIOS using firmware provided by the OEM.

 

The custom Phoenix firmware would have to be written to work with your PC's: MB and chipset.

 

You would have to contact HP Support if HP is not providing online driver support for your PC.
