Your computer: HP Pavilion Media Center TV m7640n Desktop PC Product Specifications

Product number - RF243AA

Introduction date - 21-Aug-2006

was originally shipped with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.

What operating system are you now running?

But, I don't see any mention of having any wireless capability ?!

Did you add-in a wireless adapter?   Model-number?

Speaking of '7640', the HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer(E4W43A)

does have "wireless".

This Media Center does have a wireless card. It came along with the unit.

Currently upgraded the OS to Win10.

The WLAN was workign fine before the upgrade, but it stopped after.

This PC has all its PCI slots full... starting from the bottom it has...
A Modem Card
A TV Tuner Card
A Wireless LAN Card, with a blue & white cable running to the front bezel to indicate a blue light that the WiFi is on

Any HP part-number information on a label on that card?

Note that HP states that they did not test any computers manufacturered before August 2013 for compatibility with Windows 10.  Your '2006' vintage system certainly was not tested.

Either purchase a different, and supported, PCI-wireless card, or purchase a wireless adapter that connects to a USB port.
