HP Pavilion 23-q110na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guys,

I am working with a HP Pavilion 23-q110na that has an odd error.

I'd like to update the bios as part of troubleshooting, no OS access at the moment so can't install support-assist, etc. I can see here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-pavilion-23-q100-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/8499698

There are bios files for family 2B43, and 2B45, well my SSID is 2B44. Is there any way to get the 2B44 bios file, or potentially there's another one that may be compatible?

My BIOS revision date is COM vA0.03, so anything newer than that would be great.

Many thanks in advance,

Worked, thanks. This PC is back in operation despite everyone's desire to get it binned off.
