Hi I have an old HP Touchsmart 310 that was my moms. She has never even used it. I set it up for her years ago and now she can't remember the password.  And if there was a recovery disk I have no clue where it is.  Anyway of getting around it ro get into the computer? Isn't there a way to change the person logging in or something? Please help!!

Sorry, but the answer to both questions is basically NO.

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.
