Hi @nfnte_V01D,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Use Built-in Windows Administrator Account:

  • Start your computer in Safe Mode by pressing F8 during startup.
  • Log in using the built-in Administrator account, which might not have a password set.
  • From here, you can change the password of your regular account.

Password Reset Disk:

  • If you've created a password reset disk previously, you can use it to reset your password and gain access.

Third-party Password Recovery Tools:

  • There are third-party tools available online that can reset or recover Windows passwords. However, use these tools with caution and ensure they are from a reputable source.

Factory Reset:

  • If gaining access via other methods is unsuccessful and since you have no valuable data that needs saving, consider doing a factory reset. This option will restore the machine to its original state.
  • You can do this via the HP Recovery Manager by pressing F11 during boot-up:
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to perform a factory reset, which doesn’t require external devices.

I hope this helps.
