This issue is with my HP Envy H8-14207 SN [personal info removed], the HD crashed, I replaced it but now I need the Operating System but HP will not talk to me as the product is out of warranty..

Hi:
HP no longer sells recovery media for your PC, and even if they did, it would only be for Windows 8.
This vendor sells the original HP factory image for your PC.
What I recommend you do instead is to use another PC and create a W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below and clean install W10 on the new drive.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Since you had previously upgraded the PC to W10, when you boot from the installation media and get past the 'Install Now' screen, you will be asked to enter the version of W10 you had previously installed (Home or Pro).
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and then activate after you are connected to the internet.
If you have no audio after installing W10, usually this IDT audio driver from a newer model PC will get the audio to work on yours. Restart the PC after installing the driver.
