You can use the HP cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC to create a USB recovery drive that will reinstall the original HP factory software image on the drive.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

Since you have to use the software on another PC, you will have to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.


Your PCs product number is 13Z00AA#ABA
