I have Microsoft Windows 10 on an HP Pavilion. I had an update the other day and apparently it uninstalled my bluetooth driver.  I've tried reinstalling, but the reinstall section just gives me a picture of the device manager and no instructions. So I went into the device manager through the search bar, but the list of devices there keeps blinking and won't let me do anything. Can anyone tell me how to reinstall bluetooth?

@AndieK

This is a KNOWN issue with Win10 v20.04 as MS listed BT issues as one of the problems blocking its release.

I ran into this same problem on a laptop of mine and have NOT been able to fix that.  I had to buy a BT dongle to restore BT to the laptop.  Cost me $15 USD, but at least the laptop has BT back.

IF you are running Win10 v20.04, you might seriously need to consider going back to v19.09 -- and since MS no longer supplies media for that, and it is too late to do a rollback, you would have to consider downloading an ISO file from a third-party source, doing a complete reinstall, and then doing Windows Updates to that.
