Windows 8.1 Pro, 64-Bit

Hi:

 

Make a bootable W10 USB 64-bit installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After the media has been created, do not boot from it.

 

Open the flash drive's contents in Windows Explorer to begin the upgrade process to W8.1.

 

After the upgrade has been completed you should have an activated version of W10 Pro.

 

If for some reason things don't work out for you on W10, you can go back to W8.1 within 10 days as long as you don't delete any of the upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.
