Product: HP ENVY All in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer went hard down after last windows update. Blue screen; BAD SYSTEM CONFIG. None of windows troubleshooting works, always returns to blue screen.

Want to re-install Windows 10 via media but don't have original product key.

HP envy all in one, s/n [Personal Information Removed]

 

appreciate any help.

Hi:

 

If your PC came with W10 from HP, the W10 product key is in the BIOS.

 

You don't need the product key to reinstall W10.
