New HP OmniDesk Desktop. Microsoft doesn't recognize my password anymore from last computer. Two days. Trying the authenticator, but too many requests. How do I start new with Microsoft?

Greetings @NBoom-72
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Did you use your existing Microsoft account user name and password on the new PC when initially setting up the new PC ?
If yes, then I see no reason why you cannot sign in to the new PC using your existing Microsoft account.
Can you now sign in to your old PC using your existing Microsoft user and password credentials? You would have a Microsoft account problem if you can't sign in. Can you sign in to your Microsoft account on any PC?
The main point of using a Microsoft account across multiple PCs is to unify the user experience.
Maybe I am missing something or a different HP Forum member can assist.
To me, it looks like you may have to do a HP Cloud Recovery if you cannot sign in to Windows. Then do the Windows OOBE setup again if you can sign in to your Microsoft account.
It is possible to bypass a MS account when setting up a new PC. But this is a different topic requiring more specifics on how to do this.
I don't use a Microsoft Account sign in on my PCs. A messed up Microsoft account is a big problem. I only use a Microsoft account for Outlook email.
