OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT11-1000i / GT12-1000i (1N3Y2AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I bought a HP Omen 25L GT11 last week Friday and since last week Sunday I'll have daily crashes.

I have already spoken with two people from the Microsoft Tech Support. The first person re-installed Windows 11 to see if that will fix the problem.

It kept on crashing. The second person downgraded back to Windows 10 because maybe my pc is not compatible with Windows 11.

And again, it kept on crashing. So I really think this may be a hardware problem.

The temperature of my pc is normal and even when I do nothing on my PC, it also crashes.

Can someone please help me figure out what the problem is. I already sold my old PC and if I have to send it back for repairs, I'll have no pc for weeks probably.

If the system came with Windows 11 then it was designed for 11 and should be working.

If you upgraded to 11 from 10 possibly there are improvements to the BIOS to make it work better with 10

In any event crashes are inexcusable for a new system with no changes in hardware

Since windows 10 is having the same problems then I do not recommend a BIOS update.  You really need to return the system

I looked to see if your system has a cloud recovery using "1N3Y2AV#ABA" and there is none :<(

When you get your system back please create a full backup (recovery image) to simplify any future OS restore.

Hi, thank you for the reply.

I'm having a hard time finding the HP contact information for help.

I have no options for chat, a phone number or a form to fill out. It will just refer me to HP service center locator, but there are none in my country strangely (The Netherlands). That's why I'm using this forum. Even the HP support app will only let me talk to a virtual agent and not an actual person. I think I'm just going to return it back to the store, I'm so done with HP and their lack of help.

hi

Indeed, I find the answer at Microsoft curious!!
the simplest indeed, if the computer does not work correctly, it is to return to the store, try the exchange, or refund..
