Last week I paid to have my pc installed with a clean Windows 11 from Microsoft via HP. I bought this pc in Feb 2024 but yesterday I received an email from HP to thank me for registering my new pc! How crazy is that? Does this mean it's under warrantee again?

l see something strange: Your system was acquired in 2024 so it is clearly less than 5 years old yet you do not have a factory restore of windows 11
Either the product ID above is wrong or you did not buy windows with your PC.
HP removes the free factory restore after about 5 years.

I bought the bad Omen pc in Feb 2024 and was assured by Curry's that it would serve my purposes for gaming and normal work, in particular I asked that it could let me play the game of Rust. It had Windows 11 I believe when I got it but when the warrantee expired it caused me a lot of problems such that I personally reset it 4 times as a complete factory reset and once as a reset whilst keeping my files. It wasn't until I paid £21 that remote control was taken of it by techs in Egypt and Tunisia for them to download a clean Win 11 install from Microsoft, most of which worked but still some games have stutters and pauses. In fact it has put off HP for life, my next pc is like ly to be an Apple Mac!
