HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fc0000 (733M1AV)

I bought a new computor from the shopping channel. Recieved it ,followed instructions and  it seemed like I was ok. Icons along bottom, entered a name for the computor entered a photo and when I go to sign in when Microsoft sign in page pops up. It just keeps reverting back to sign in page. Process asks to set up a pin but then says it can’t set it up and only option is to skip and go back to Microsoft sign in. When I turn it on now all I get is my picture ,my name and 3 small icons down bottom at right side. One is for internet, one is for English keyboard and othe shows a list of items that can be turned on or off but don’t allow access. What is wrong with this computor. Never had

I suspect it is looking for a Microsoft account and you need internet access if you have Windows 11 home.  Windows 11 pro allows you to skip over the internet requirement.

Go herel, click "sign in",  and create an account or verify your account works.

One of the icons is to setup Wi-Fi.  Click on it, find your SSID and enter your password.  Then continue the install using your Microsoft credentials.  (email and password)

If a problem please take a picture of the screen and post it so I can see what is happening.

[edit]  If windows 11 does not show Wi-Fi you may have to download the Wi-Fi driver.  if so, then read this

Here is your Wi-Fi driver, hopefully it will be found automatically by Microsoft.
