Omen 15-ce001na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a brand new HP Omen 15-ce001na from HP's online store (so i know it is brand new).

The laptop arrived today and everything was running fine ,until i started downloading some games. The first game i downloaded (Ark survival evolved) worked fine but then when i tried to download a second game (Fortnite) i was told that my system did not have enough space to download and install the game. i checked my drives and sure enough after downloading 1 game (to my gaming laptop) i only had 13gb/119gb left looking at the windows folder inside of that drive it is taking up 30gb. I thought that surely there is a way to clear up some space on that drive, is there  a way i can delete useless preinstalled files?

i just thought i should ask for help on the forums before spending lots of money on an external hard drive.

Any help will be Greatly Appreciated

Sounds like it installed the game to the 128GB SSD.  This system should have a 1TB hard drive.  You should uninstall the game and reinstall it to the 1TB HDD.

After closer inspection i realised there is another hard drive with 917gb free space, i must have read it as 917mb.

thanks again for your response and help
