New system activation

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion Gamming pc
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a.new PC and trying to active . First time and not expert!

the system comes pre loaded with office home which I want and a free trial 365 version

my problem is to activate office I am directed. To 365 trial and not home version

when I look at listed installed apps shows the 365 but not home

i don't know what I am supposed to do

activat the trial and cancel?

will the home version then be visable. Or do I not have what was preloaded

the computer is coming up fine and it is just me as I do not understand how to get the home version  started

anybody experienced will quickly know what is the procedure with this free trial stuff I don't want

I would delete MS Office 365 because:  Personal edition is 69.99 first year, then  plus 6.95 monthly.

You can own MS Office Professional 2019 for less than $30.

@Millsite1

Sorry, but this is a licensing conflict between different MS Office versions and we are powerless to diagnose or fix this.

You will have to contact Microsoft Support to get this fixed, as they will probably then walk you through licensing changes to get this working.
