Product: Pavilion 500-164
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got No Audio from my HP pc, Since i bought it from ebay, I did all necessary steps and troubleshoot, But no luck so far. HP tech support not help me either without chage for drivers.

I need help pls.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Try this Windows 8 IDT driver (Link). You could also uninstall the current IDT audio driver in Control Panel, Device Manager. Tick "remove the driver from the PC". Reboot the system.

 

Then go back to Device Manager and select "update driver".

 

Please provide detailed troubleshooting steps you have taken.

 

I may be able to give you something else to work with.
