HP Pavilion p6-2330
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Recently, after a Windows 10 update, my computer got stuck in an endless reboot loop. After trying a number of solutions, I decided to just do a system reset.

I went through the HP recovery manager and did a complete factory reset, but since the PC came with Windows 8, there's just no OS on the thing, anymore. It still goes through an endless boot of black screens and sometimes an HP logo. I went through Microsoft support and they sent me to HP to hopefully get a fresh install of Windows 8 on the computer, hopefully through disk since it wouldn't read any USBs before.

Hi:

You can reinstall W10 for free as follows...

Using another Windows PC, download the W10 ISO file using the Media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After you download the ISO file, use the utility that I zipped up and attached below to transfer the ISO file to a DVD, so that it is bootable.
