I am still waiting on an update on the repair of my Omen 35L Desktop.  I see that my PC was delivered to the repair center about a  week ago.  The status still shows as not being received by HP.  Anyone know how long it takes to get the repair done?  It took a long time just for me to receive the empty box and now waiting on when my PC will be fixed.  

I have tried calling the HP Support Number and using Chat but I get people who do not speak English very well and don't understand what I am asking.  Is there a way to contact the HP Repair Center directly to find out why the delay?

I completely understand how  this must feel  you’ve already gone through the wait for the shipping box, and now the repair status isn’t updating even though you know your Omen 35L has reached the center. Thank you for sharing the details; I want to help clarify things and see what can be done.

 

Could you kindly share the details in Private Message :

  • The case ID or repair order number you received when the repair was initiated
  • The serial number of your desktop

This information will help us track the repair more precisely.
