After checking for driver updates, cannot boot Windows 10. All Troubleshooting steps fail. Hardware Diagnostics all Passed. No reboot.

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
You tested hardware by tapping "ESC' at system startup.
Then you selected "F2".
Then you ran system tests. All test passed.
I am not sure what "after checking for driver updates" means. Does this mean your PC was okay until you checked for updates?
What specific troubleshooting steps did you do?
Did you try a Windows System Restore using a restore point made prior to this problem?
You really need to provide more details.
I don't know what "no reboot" means.
Regards

- The HP Support Assistant prompted me to update drivers; after restart, my computer would NOT reboot to Windows. Diagnosing your PC, Attempting to Repair your PC. HP Support gladly charged me $49.99 only to tell me that Windows was responsible.

- I tried all troubleshooting steps.

- I had three restore points and the start of this saga, but now they seem to be gone.
You really need to provide more details. Two errors seem to be coming up.
- Error code: 0xc0000098 \windows\System32\drivers\evbda.sys
- Error Code 0x80070020
I don't know what "no reboot" means.
- Will NOT reboot into Windows 10. Will not respond to any troubleshooting steps.
All of this is kind of a moot point now since Microsoft Support tried everything then I ended up doing a clean install of Win10,
