Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i switch on my computer at the beginning it shows the black screen with diagnostic process and then shows the blue one, with a menu of possible ways to find a way to decide a problem. But, each of these opportunities unavailable for me and just shows that there is no possible way such as: we don’t have the previous version, or there is no document to reestablish the system. I’ve tried a huge amount of tryings to find a solution, but even in menu of BIOS there is no «diagnostic of system” and smth connected with hard disk. Is it a problem with OS? Or smth more global as inner details?...

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Try restoring the BIOS back to default and check if that helps

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.

  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.

  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.

  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.

  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?

  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

If the issue persists run a hard drive Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Hard drive
