Help please,HPZ640

I have installed HP ZTurbo Drive 1TB

ihave windows bootable USB Drive.

the problem is I have no post/splash screen

screen just black 

I have tried rest buttons also removing CMOS battery for a while.

still the same problem:-(

any other suggestions please
