No drivers for the OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1350st CTO?

HP website finds the PC under serial number and comes with the right model:

OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1350st CTO

But when looking for BIOS updates and other drivers it comes with:

"There is no software or drivers available for your product."

What is happening? The PC is fairly new, just 4 years old.

You have to know which motherboard your PC comes with as the CTO models can come with either the HP 'Oasis' motherboard with a SSID of 886B or the HP 'OasisOC' motherboard with a SSID of 886C

Then you can find the drivers/BIOS updates from the base model's support page at the link below.

I forgot to mention that if you don't know the motherboard SSID your PC has you can run the Windows system information app and the SSID will be listed on the Baseboard Product line.

You should see 886B or 886C listed there so you can choose the latest correct BIOS update.
