Try the following:
At the login screen, tap anywhere on the screen to make sure it is "active" and ready to receive input.
In the lower right corner, Select / Click "Internet connection" icon
In the lower right corner (after the screen changes), click on the "Accessibility" icon (tiny person)
Select / Click On Screen Keyboard
Click in the box / area where you wish to type
Using the OSK, input your code / password
