Hi,

My hard drive has completely failed. I want to go get another one, but I have no recovery disk to reinstall windows once I install the hard drive. I looked on the HP website, and entered my serial number, when I go to recovery software and click on "Order Media" it says, "Media cannot be ordered for this product or is no longer available." How can I get a Windows 7 installation disk?

If HP doesn't sell recovery media for your PC anymore, you can still order a set from this reputable non-HP vendor at the link below...
