HP ENVY 700 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had an automatic update from Microsoft Window 10 ver 1703, since this was installed i now have no sound from speakers or ear phones. I have tried everything i knew to fix it. Uninstalled driver and delete, reboot and installed updated driver, and finally reinstalled window 10. Nothing worked.

does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?

Thank you,

John Spock

Hi:

Is this the driver you tried to reinstall?

If not, you may want to give it a try.  Install and restart the PC.

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
